I know it's disheartening to think that folks still haven't learned their lesson about lining up with an unknown. (After all, if we could fix stupid, we wouldn't be in this mess.) We all know that Sink will make mincemeat of Scott's corruption. But let not our hearts be troubled, we will still have a fairly right-minded legislature, a great attorney general and a great senator!

I have to say, I was a big supporter of McCullum but there were two points that hit his campaign. The first one was the notion of the Insiders game in Tallahassee. Scott intends to break that up.

Although the RPOF dominates the legislature, things like "Light RAIL" still fly through unapposed. This boondogle smells of payola and Obama stimulus feed money. It increased government by 2 new dept. and took on liability of the RR retirement pay and purchases the existing rail for up to $10 million per mile... a forever debt to floridians where 100% of us will pay for the useage by less than 0.01% of the population. There are far too many Big Government, Big Spenders up there who use us as their personal piggy banks.

The second point was the lack of oversight of ALL of the cities and Counties general operating money that was required to be placed in the central funding location. This is to be drawn from when citeis need to make payrole. It collapsed and more than half of the money disappeared over night. There were 4 people on that board: Crist, Mcullum, Sink & Kotcamp... They were paid to maintain it and none of them did. Sink and Crist are still in politics and this needs to change. They need to be held accountable.

It is very disheartening that people who profess to be 9-12/tea party people and say they want to make a change for the better completely ignore and/or make excuses for Rick Scott's record and vote this guy into office. If Scott should get elected, he will continue to exactly as he did with his other companies - a leopard does not change his spots.

I hope this is a lesson that we do not want to vote out all incumbents. There are some that we will want to keep in office because they work for us. McCollum was one of those people. He had a good record in the Senate and as attorney general.

Didn't anyone happen to notice Bill McCollum's poor loser attitude remarks, revealing his lack of class, if he had any, and a peek into his true character...his words reflect he's not for the people of Florida. Why isn't he standing true to his supposed good intentions for the people of Florida; maybe pledge support to the Republican Party. Get over it folks, he was a career politician after all and time for him to go home as well; stay focused.

For those of you that PROFESS to be moved by and adhere to the principles and values as stated when the 912 movement began, and yet voted for Mr. Scott: You have not voted for a man of integrity or honesty or transparency with moral values. A CEO that "has no idea" that his own business comitted Medicare fraud is a liar. He bought this election and you will get what you voted for. Perhaps you need to join a different group, one that just cares to oust incumbants, no matter WHO they are.

What's upsetting his how you totally ignore facts, and support people who want to keep the same people in power. They are part of the damn problem. McCollum as been there a long time, what has he done to make it better? He is ineffective and the people got rid of him. On a new note if you look at public record hospitals like Duke, and other Government hospitals were fined for the same thing. It happens all the time in the industry, it because the law is as complicated as the tax code.

So now you can shut up and get behind Scott who is pro business and pro second amendment. Or you can sound like a damn child and say I will vote for Sink who will "Sink" the State in protest. Why because Bill felt entitled to the position? Don't feel to bad for Bill he is worth 970,000 and draws to Government pensions.

Now let's talk about "Sink" she is "F" rated by the NRA, which means she is totally against our Constitutional rights to keep and bear arms! She is also a big government tax and spend liberal. She loves Obama and will govern the same damn way!

Matt, your total disrespect of the members of this group will NOT be tolerated. You have been just getting by, my friend. I personally think you crossed the line. You use all the groups as a platform for your personal opinions and the candidates of YOUR choice. Discussion and debate is a wonderful thing. The problem arises when those opinions differ and someone with NO tolerance attacks another. That IS THEIR RIGHT and you will never blast another for it. This IS the last time you will show disrespect for one of our members and I think an apology is in order for Vicky. Believe it or not, her opinion IS just as worthy of posting on this message board as you think yours is. You response is welcome!
