Kathy is camping out in front of Bill Nelson's office in Tampa protesting against the Healthcare Bill. If you have any time during the day or night to go support Kathy that would be great. Bill Nelson's office is located at:

Sam Gibbons Courthouse
801 N. Florida Aven
4th Floor
Tampa

If you stop by during the day, you might want to visit Nelson's office and leave a politie message regarding your thoughts on the healthcare bill.

Update:
Several people joined Kathy last night in front of Bill Nelson's office. Some from North Pinellas 912, Pinellas Patriots and others. Lucky for us, there was a Lightening game last night and we had quite the parade of cars. Channel 8 sent a reporter at around 8:00pm and the interview was said to have been aired during the news broadcast at 11:00pm. None of us that participated in the protest saw it as we were "working the street" but my husband said he saw it. All area news outlets have been contacted regarding our 24/7 protest and they will be following our progress.

Please remember our members protesting in Tampa, pray for them so that their presence can change the hearts of those passing by to get involved. Take a drive over and spend as much time as you can, whether it be 10 minutes or an hour or so.

Or, grab a sleeping bag and spend the night! The police check up on her every 1/2 hour or so and Karena has her Black Lab there through the night as well. The more people, the more voices, the more coverage. But, dress warmly. Last night was quite cold. Hats, scarves, gloves, etc.

Tom and I stopped by to see Kathy last night. People had come by during the day to lend their support. Some brought food, coffee and water. We stood on the corner at the Courthouse with our signs. While traffic wasn't heavy when we were there (about 9:00 p.m.) there was enough and we received a good show of support. There were a couple members who were staying the night so Kathy wasn't alone.

Kathy will be there through Friday afternoon. Bring your signs and stop by and protest with her against the healthcare bill.
